Tomorrow is rumored to be the day that many toys at Target will be clearanced at 70% off!
Please keep in mind that this is not guaranteed, so please don’t be upset if it’s not happening at your local store!
Twice a year, Target has to clear out their toy stock: In the middle of the summer and right after Christmas. I take advantage of these deals to stock up on toys for the rest of the year, including for my daughter’s birthday in May.
:: Here’s a few tips about getting the most of out the Target Toy Clearance sale:
- Don’t be disappointed. Nothing is ever guaranteed with clearance shopping. Your store may still be priced at 30% off or 50% off. You may get there and everything is already picked over, or you don’t see any toys that you want.
- Price Check Everything. I have often hit the jackpot by scanning items that are marked at 30-50% off. Many people pass on them without price checking, but they are actually 70% off!
- Shop Early. If you really want a good selection, it’s best to get there as early as you can. After the morning rush, many
- Shop the Entire Store. Many items other than toys will be clearanced right now too! Be sure to browse around to see what other deals you can find.

Thanks to your post last year I hit my Target and BAM! I loaded my trunk up with major deals for $75! Then through out the year had plently of selection for birthdays, parties, etc! Cant wait! <3

My sister just got a cozy coupe for $14 and a step2 tool bench for $20 (orig 75). I’m headed out free I take my son to preschool!
I just checked my store in GP and everything was still 30-50%, except one endcap that was 70% and it had few items on it.
